Patch Media’s user base consistently complains that the site is too hard to navigate.

The Task

Gain a deeper understanding of how Patch user navigate across our product ecosystem and identify trends for site traffic.

The Action

Extensively document possible user flows from the core product, Article Pages (On-Platform & AMP), to identify navigation issues and validate design solutions with Google Analytics, using data from Behavior Flow.
