Gabrielle leads end-to-end UX design and research for complex, enterprise products: from unblocking failing designs and shipping improvements, to de-risking multi-market launches and defining system-level direction for legacy platforms.
Most recently, she founded a UX Research practice under Mastercard’s Corporate Solutions, where she partnered closely with design, product, and engineering. Before that, she led mobile and web design for global expense management.
